VELUX dormer
The VELUX dormer transform spaces with a dramatic increase in natural daylight and an amazing feeling of openness. This innovative alternative to traditional dormers lifts the window out of the roof, increasing usable space while creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
Whereas a traditional dormer consists of a window and roof combination, the VELUX dormer uses windows in place of the roof. This provides much more natural light into the room. The VELUX dormer is available with 4 or 6 roof windows.
The VELUX dormer can be installed without a permit in most situations as the dormer does not protrude further than 60 cm from the roof surface.
